Week 1 Day 1

Today my meals were as follows:

Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and peppers (yum) 3 net carbs

Lunch: Atkins chocolate meal replacement shake 3 net carbs

Snack: Atkins chocolate bar 3 net carbs

Dinner: chicken salad and cheese slices 0 net carbs

I did not get any exercise today, and I hope to do better with that as time goes on.

40 Pounds in 90 Days

I have decided to try (one more time) to get healthy and lose some weight.

My goal is to lose 40 pounds in 90 days.  I started 8/25, and I will weigh in once per week on Mondays.  My final weigh in will be on 11/24.

Starting Stats:

Weight: 233
Stomach Measurement: 47"
Waist Measurement: 43"
